Scope Of Work
This custom 5,890 SqFt custom ocean front residence designed by L. William Chapin II, FAIA was completed in 2011. Its modern minimalistic design with straight lines and open spaces creates a living and entertaining space that is both cozy for the family and comfortable for large parties. A dramatic glass encased pneumatic elevator surrounded by two winding staircases serve as the anchor point of the living space. Its roof top open deck provides an uninterrupted panoramic view of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean.
