Scope Of Work

Demolition of an existing fitness center  storage space  reconstruction of a  Class-A Fitness Center, Leasing Office,  Mail Center. Generally speaking, the scope consisted of demolition of an existing mail center  fitness center  the recapture of a underutilized storage room;  metal stud framing  sheet rock; installation of three  HVAC systems; installation of step-down transformer  electric service; construction of three  ADA bathrooms; a  custom mailbox center for 238 apartment units; a 
workroom area with custom casework; construction of a  office kitchen area; construction of multiple offices  conferences rooms with full-glass walls  doors; construction of a  fitness center with rubber flooring;  construction of a  glass enclosed yoga room. All  construction was done with high-end Class A finishes.
