Scope Of Work
This project, located on 13 acres of George Mason University’s Prince William Campus, consisted of the construction of an all-new 110,600 SF, two-story Recreation Center. This state-of-the-art facility is now used by over 800,000 university and community members annually.
The major programmatic elements of the recreation center include a 50 meter competition pool, a leisure pool, spectator seating, gymnasium, an elevated track, racquetball courts, locker rooms, saunas and toilet facilities, as well as weight-training and various fitness facilities, administrative offices, wellness classrooms and laboratories, and a fully functional child daycare facility.
