Scope Of Work
Dustin Construction in partnership with Winmar Construction worked with Torti Gallas to design and construct this 28,000 SF all new recreation center in southeast Washington, DC. Work began with demolition of the existing building and included small renovations to the existing poolhouse and pool. The new recreation center includes all new playgrounds, multipurpose room, fitness room, offices, senior lounge, and computer room. The building is anticipated to achieve LEED Silver and features a green roof.
