Scope Of Work
After 16 successful years as Frederick’s premier fine-dining restaurant, Dutch’s Daughter retained Dustin Construction and Caddworks to design and construct a new, 30,000 SF state-of-the-art facility. The restaurant, built in 1999, features kitchens on both the 2nd and 3rd floors as well as 4 private dining rooms on the upper level, which were designed to accommodate 20 to 300 guests. The 4 dining rooms on the main level are used daily for dining services. Each room exhibits custom brick or marble fireplaces as well as extensive custom oak millwork and trim of which Dustin is quite proud as this ornate work was completed by our own workers. The first floor included office space, laundry facilities and a pub-style rough-in for the future carry-out area, including a full kitchen. Together with Caddworks, Dustin Construction spent countless hours with the Owner to create this beautiful and impressive facility that, since its opening, has become one of the top rated restaurants in all of Frederick.
