Scope Of Work
The Central Baptist Church Project is an all new 32,000 SF facility that was completed in late 2005. Strategically located at the intersection of the Capital Beltway and Route 5, Dustin worked closely with the Owner during the early stages of the project to provide extensive value engineering. As a result, various modifications were made to keep the project within the budgetary guidelines. The project includes a creative and aesthetic windowed sanctuary, a multi-purpose fellowship hall, classroom offices and a kitchen.
