Scope Of Work
This was the construction of a 28,000 SF, one story building with a structural steel roof bearing on both steel columns, steel beams, and structural metal studs. The exterior facade is a combination of compound curve EFIS and specially finished masonry. The interior consists of the Bema, the Sanctuary, the Gallery / entrance lobby, a full service kosher kitchen, fire pump systems, a large storage room, a central courtyard enclosed by the building, five school classrooms, a youth lounge, administration offices, nursery school classrooms, and a playground for the nursery school. Received a 2005 Merit Award for Outstanding Construction Management.
