Scope Of Work
This Chapel project consists of the historic restoration of the interior spaces, refinishing of the pews; fabrication and replacement of much of the trim and wainscot; removal, refurbishment off site, and reinstallation of all of the stained glass windows; extensive plaster repairs; rerouting the primary sanitary line through the basement of the Chapel; and structurally bringing the facility up to Code Requirements without detracting from the visual historical construction and detailed trtim and wood work Winner of the 2006 Excellence in Construction for outstanding Construction Management.
