Scope Of Work
The Our Lady of Victory campus is comprised of multiple interconnected buildings that house a school, gymnasium, church and rectory. OLV required a Narthex addition that would serve as both a dramatic entrance to the campus and church as well as providing a gathering space for fellowship.
AR. Marani, Inc. was awarded the project in February of 2009 and construction started in April with completion scheduled for Thanksgiving that year. The project consisted of a 2,000 sf steel and glass addition to the existing Nave and Narthex, along with an extensive renovation to Nave, Sanctuary and Narthex. A sprinkler system was also added to the classroom below the Nave. Other interior renovations were included as part of the work.
