Scope Of Work
This was a new 90,000 SF, four story building that includes a parking garage, site utilities, and paving & sidewalks. The building has a marble floor main lobby, two elevators, two core toilets nicely finished per floor, and all of the Tenant fit-outs completed by A. R. Marani, Inc. Winner of the 2007 Merit Award for Outstanding Construction Management.
