Scope Of Work

Completely renovate this historic old Chapel and Convent, which consists of Hazmat Abatement of the existing boiler and piping; remove all furniture, decorative fixtures, period light fixtures (to be up-graded and reinstalled), statuary, and the entire pipe organ.  Lay down floor protection and install scaffolding wall-to-wall and floor to ceiling inside the Nave.  Install a new HVAC system for the Chapel and Convent to include fabrication of duct chases to match existing period decore; and install an exterior Chiller unit with a precast concrete surround located behing the Chapel.  Clean, repair, stain to match, and reseal all of the wood work, wood trim, and period doors in the Chapel; and prep and paint the Chapel interior walls.  Sand, stain, and reseal the existing wood floors in the Chapel.  Install a T & G beaded wood veneer to the Chapel ceiling between the exposed wood rafters.  Provide a major electrical service upgrade; and reinstall and retune the original Chapel Pipe Organ.
