Scope Of Work
PIRHL, in its second partnership with Fayette County Community Action Agency (FCCAA), developed Maple Garden Apartments, a 36 unit senior apartment building located only two short blocks from the City of Uniontown’s downtown business district. The site is situated in the heart of the City’s designated Elm Street Revitalization Area.
Maple Garden Apartments serves seniors age 55+ with incomes at or below 60% AMI for the Pittsburgh MSA, including three unrestricted units. Each unit includes Energy Star rated windows and appliances: range, refrigerator, disposal, under-the-counter dishwasher, central A/C, washer-dryer hookup, a large walk-in storage closet, a pantry, and central HVAC. The units are digitally accessible and contain Green Building features. Building amenities include over 2,400 square feet of community rooms, including a large living room, exercise center, library, and laundry rooms on each floor. There is also an outdoor patio. Security features include color security cameras, a glass-break monitoring system with sensors on all first floor windows, and key pad access at the main entrance.
