Scope Of Work
PIRHL, in partnership with Buckeye Community Hope Foundation, developed Greenway Senior Housing, a 51 unit Senior Housing development in Ashtabula, Ohio. All 51 units are two-bedroom apartments reserved for independent seniors ages 55 and older. Unit amenities include carpeting, walk-in closets, and Energy Star-rated refrigerators, dishwashers and windows. The site is located on the Western Reserve Greenway Bike/Walking Path, a 43-mile recreational trail which runs from the City of Ashtabula to Champion, Ohio, just north of Warren.
Building amenities include over 5,000 square feet of dedicated common space in seven separate community rooms and two outdoor patios including: an aerobics and fitness room with exercise equipment, a business center with computers and free internet access, and laundry facilities on every floor. The building also features a third story rooftop deck that overlooks the Western Reserve Greenway Walking Trail.
Greenway Senior Housing is managed by RLJ management and incorporates numerous supportive services to assist residents with quality of life issues ranging from light-housekeeping, medical screening, computer training and financial / credit counseling. The abundant common space helps support educational speakers, community gatherings, tenant association meetings and other activities tailored to the specific needs of our residents.
