Scope Of Work
St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church sits in the midst of beautiful downtown Aiken, South Carolina. The Church is the third in the Parish’s long history. Its two predecessors stand nearby and are still in use.
The church features an exterior limestone facade and a design that is reminiscent of Renaissance architecture. The interior
boasts a custom-built ciborium with faux marble paint, custom Italian altar with water jet inlay and the elements of a traditional Catholic Church -- narthex, sanctuary, nave, transept and side aisles.
The 17,500 square foot structure seats nearly 1,000 parishioners and stands ready for the future addition of a bell tower.
