HVAC Design and Construction Administration
The historic Paramount Theater required a full replacement of the antiquated mechanical systems. Schedules were extremely constricted so as not to allow for any cancellation of theater productions. Full coordination of contractors was required under this Wickes Law project to provide workspace for the various trades. A unique system was designed utilizing the existing sub floor troughs to act as a plenum for the system. The complete system was installed with new rooftop units and ductwork without compromising the historical significance of the 1,029 seat playhouse structure.
