Parking Deck Repair
The work included the complete replacement/repair of a faulty parking deck membrane system. The work proceeded as follows:
Remove the existing Traffic Deck Membrane. Repair the existing cracks by rout and seal method. Install a new cove joint along curb and edges. Prepare surface by sand blasting and shot blasting method. Apply Conipur Urethane base coat and two coats of BASF EP-35 Traffic Deck System over the urethane base coat. Restripe the parking spaces to match existing. Services included design and Construction Administration Services on the project.
