Scope Of Work
Penn Square Mall is the third mall renovation project that Pepper has been privileged to manage for Simon Property Group in recent years. This design-build project included a complete renovation of the food court, center court area, four entrances, two sets of restrooms and new exterior and interior signage. Additional cosmetic enhancements were also completed throughout the mall corridor areas giving shoppers a more pleasureable experience.
