Scope Of Work
M. J. Harris the new Student Residence Hall which includes an eight story tower and four story wing providing 714 beds in approximately 217,000 gross square feet. The project also includes common spaces, multi-use and recreational spaces, a laundry facility, office space, storm shelter, and other support spaces. The southern exposure of the building also features a landscaped courtyard and entrance.
