Scope Of Work
M. J. Harris successfully the Rehabilitation Hospital of Modesto in Modesto, CA on a 12 month schedule. The 53,600 square foot new facility included 50 patient rooms, a therapy gym area, radiology and fluoroscopy services, an Activities of Daily Living (ADL) suite, administration and facility engineering wing, state of the art kitchen, and indoor and outdoor dining areas. All these components were built to the current State of California seismic codes which added significant mass to the concrete footings and steel structure. The project was and turned over to the owner to begin patient care services in the fall of 2016.
