Scope Of Work
Ashburn Crossroads is a 25 acre mixed-use commercial project in Ashburn, VA located at Ashburn Village Boulevard and Farmwell Road. The project consists of 4 phases:
Phase 1 – Completed 1Q 2005. Retail pad sites including SunTrust, 7-11, and Suds Carwash.
Phase 2 – Completed 2Q 2006. Development included four office condominium buildings and PNC Bank.
Phase 3 – Retail/Restaurant Park. Five restaurants open. One pad site remaining.
Phase 4 – Crossroads Overlook, 57,000 SF Class A office space available for sale or lease.
