Andrew Shuckra's Bio
Mr. Shuckra oversees all company acquisitions, operations and services. He has nearly 20 years of real estate development experience in the Washington DC market and has been involved in various capacities with large mixed-use projects such as Oaklawn in Leesburg, VA, Reston Town Center in Fairfax, VA, Broadlands in Loudoun County, VA and College Park Place in College Park, MD.
Prior to joining Keane in 2002, Mr. Shuckra served as financial manager for Terrabrook’s East Region where he was responsible for acquisition/disposition underwriting, financing procurement, and business planning for all regional assets. Prior to joining Terrabrook, Mr. Shuckra was a consultant with Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Group.
Mr. Shuckra holds a B.A. in Economics and Architectural Studies from Brown University. Memberships include Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and NVBIA.
Brian J. Cullen's Bio
Mr. Cullen is the founder of Keane Enterprises and has been involved in real estate businesses in the Washington, D.C. area for nearly 30 years. He was instrumental in the development of major commercial and mixed use projects in Northern Virginia including Oaklawn in Leesburg VA, Ashburn Crossroads, Beaumeade, Dulles 28 Center, Ashburn Center, Steeplechase and Loudoun Gateway Center, as well as North Point Village Center in Reston, VA.
Most recently, led the development of Willowsford, a 2,200 unit residential community spanning over 4,000 acres in Loudoun County, VA. Willowsford features a variety of unique single family homes, an onsite “organic” farm, and recreational amenities including two amenity centers with demonstration kitchens. In all, Willowsford will protect over 2,000 acres of open space dedicated to the Willowsford Conservancy.
Mr. Cullen is a full member of Urban Land Institute and served as the Washington District Council Chairman for 2007/08. He currently is the Governance Committee Chairman and has been active on the Small Scale Development Council for over 15 years. He is a member Emeritus of the Loudoun County Economic Development Commission (EDC) and past chairman of the EDC Transportation and infrastructure Committee. Currently, Mr. Cullen serves as Chairman of the Dulles Town Center Community Development Authority (CDA), the first such authority in Virginia to issue bonds for the purpose of furthering economic development. Mr. Cullen is a past president of the Loudoun County chapter of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, was a member of the original Route 28 Tax District Advisory Board and has served on numerous County appointed committees.
Prior to forming Keane, Mr. Cullen held executive positions at Carl. M. Freeman Associates and Lerner Enterprises.
Derek Lowe's Bio
Mr. Lowe leads Keane Construction, an affiliate of Keane Enterprises specializing interior fit-out construction for a variety of asset types such as office, retail, recreational, and flex. With over 15 years of experience, he is responsible for all aspects of the construction process including, project constructability, budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, contract negotiation, design management, contractor management, project close out and bond release.
Prior to joining Keane, Mr. Lowe worked as construction manager for Reich Management and Jones Lang LaSalle. While there, Mr. Lowe served clients such as GE, AT&T and SAIC. Most of the projects were multi-phased interior renovations, secured facilities (SCIF), call center and computer room projects. Mr. Lowe also has experience working on high end interior projects in the Washington DC corporate market while serving as a Project Manager for Peris Companies in Falls Church, VA.
Mr. Lowe has a B.A. in Economics from Towson University in Baltimore, MD.

Marcus Keller's Bio
Mr. Keller is a project engineer for Keane Construction’s interior fit-out projects. He is intimately involved in all stages of construction including project estimating, subcontract awards, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, submittal review, and field coordination. He specializes in keeping projects organized and efficient throughout the construction process, and maintains open communication with all parties to effectively work through unforeseen conditions to ensure on time delivery.
Prior to joining Keane, Mr. Keller was assistant superintendent for Turner Construction’s Mid Atlantic Division.
Mr. Keller earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University.
Tino Kitto's Bio
Ms. Kitto oversees commercial property management services for Keane Enterprises and has over ten years of experience in Loudoun County, VA on a variety of asset types including office condominium associations, master community associations, and restaurant/retail business parks. She holds a common interest community manager license with the state of Virginia.
Ms. Kitto earned a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA from West Virginia University.

Vanessa Smingler's Bio
Ms. Smingler is controller for Keane Enterprises and oversees all accounting functions for the business and projects. Her scope includes contract administration, financial reporting, and commercial real estate loan administration.
Prior to joining Keane, Ms. Smingler served as Vice President at Bank of America (formerly NationsBank) where she had loan administration responsibility for a region covering Northern Virginia, Washington DC, Richmond and Norfolk. At Bank of America, Ms. Smingler serviced approximately $1 billion in loans annually.
Ms. Smingler holds a B.A. in accounting and business administration from Catawba College.
