This small headquarters is designed around a common area that promotes collaboration. While the exterior massing addresses the urban necessities of street edge and entrance identification, it masks a monumental internal courtyard. This courtyard is produced by surrounding a common creative area with private offices. A fresh and dynamic work space results from this combination of the private and public uses.
