Scope Of Work
This 25,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose building is the first permanent structure on the new campus of Woodmont Academy, a private Catholic school for children pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade. The building includes a gymnasium, a large multi-purpose room, computer lab, library, art room, music room, and other classrooms. After taking over the work and remediating the steel frame left by the previous contractor, Harkins finished the project on time for the beginning of the fall 2005 school year. Phase I included infrastructure work on the 16-acre Howard site.
