Scope Of Work
Our third project for Sunrise Development, this $9.4 million project comprises three one-story building buildings connected by enclosed walk-ways: the Terrace Club, for people with fewest disabilities; the Assisted Living Building; and the Remembrance Building, for Alzheimer's patients. Amenities include oversized open fireplaces in each building, a full kitchen, a dining room, and country kitchen. Exterior amenities include front and rear porches, a remembrance garden, gazebos, and pergolas.
A ribbon cutting celebration was held on July 31, 2008, with much appreciation being expressed for the Harkins team and the successful delivery of this project.
