Scope Of Work
This project is a state-of-the-art residential facility which enhances the local community and provides quality housing for the students at Morgan State University. With economy of space being paired with generous accommodations, the facility creates conditions conducive to learning and exploration. The community center, complete with exercise, recreational and technological facilities, boasts cutting edge interconnectivity with main campus systems, and stunning architectural features. This project signifies the growth and vision of the university and the community at large.
The contract also included a one-story steel stud-bearing community center, with a flat EPDM roof and rooftop HVAC.
