Scope Of Work
Mercy Ridge, a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community on a beautiful campus in Timonium, Maryland, consists of 259 units in 5 wings of upscale independent living with balconies, washers and dryers and upgraded kitchens and baths in each unit. It includes a 51,000 sf community building with dining room, lounge, cafe, billards and administrative space, and a 30-bed assisted living facility with decentralized layout and private rooms.
Harkins returned to Mercy Ridge to build a 149-unit addition in two seven-story wings, an auditorium, an addition to the assisted living facility, and an indoor swimming pool.
