Scope Of Work
Buc-ee’s newest 16 acre location in Ft. Worth, TX included a 60,627 sq ft retail store with over 100 fuel dispensers.
Successfully meeting the store’s fast-approaching opening date would require seven-day workweeks. A high-profile location near Texas Motor Speedway meant that any delays would certainly catch the public’s eye. Given the scale of the build-out, JBI’s project management team needed to coordinate its activities with numerous contractors in a variety of trades.
