Alamo Drafthouse Lake Highlands features eight screens, a full-service bar, and restaurant on a 44,892 SF building. This is the first Alamo Drafthouse that JBI has built. Since its completion, JBI has been awarded a stand-alone structure in Denton, TX with Whiting-Turner.
This project started as an existing grocery store that was retrofit to accommodate the new theatre. The compressed schedule to modify and update the existing building made for a challenge, but JBI prevailed again.

Services included was a new 1,600A service, including three 225KVA transformers, eight theater panels, fully automated lighting controls with dimming systems, and connections to all theatre and kitchen equipment.
