Scope Of Work
GEM was contracted for two projects at the Courthouse North Wing, 2 North High Street, West Chester. The Cooling Tower Replacement project required the complete and proper cooling tower and pump installation. The work included demolition of existing pipe and equipment, and installation of valves, pumps, gauges, thermometers, piping, insulation, duct work, air control devices and automatic temperature controls. Pump control monitoring and cooling tower control and monitoring was fully integrated into the existing Building Management System.
GEM was also contacted to Perform Structural Steelwork on the Courthouse Cooling Tower.
