Scope Of Work
Renovation of a 35 year old, 195 Room, 5 Story, 160,000sf building with ballroom space for 1000+/- guests, theater meeting room, separate conference rooms, full servicerestaurant, lounge, and kitchen. Scope of work included a complete renovation and installation of all new plumbing, electrical, mechanicals, drywall, and finishes. Project posed many challenges such as asbestos abatement of entire structure. Other work included all new roofs, upgrading parking lot, and exterior landscaping.
