Scope Of Work
Cadence McShane was selected to provide comprehensive construction services for Phase I at The Village at Allen. The Phase I construction assignment consisted of a four-building, mixed-use component totaling 153,014 square feet situated within the development's 168-acre site.
The four new retail buildings were constructed utilizing a blend of tiltwall and conventional framing construction, masonry and stone with complementary contemporary finishes.
