Scope Of Work
Cadence McShane completed the extensive renovation of this 11-story, 531,000 square foot administrative and communications headquarters for Houston Community College System. Cadence McShane’s reconstruction of an abandoned office building that the College purchased in midtown Houston included the highly-sophisticated Information Technology Department and Computer Data Center, new auditorium, the Culinary Arts Department, public dining facilities, Chancellor’s and administrative areas, classrooms and conference rooms. The assignment also included the construction of an attached eight-story parking garage complete with an enclosed pedestrian walkway.
