Scope Of Work
The 10740 Medical Office Building is located in Dallas, Texas and was recently completed by Cadence McShane. The firm was selected as the design/build contractor for this 92,000 square foot building conveniently located on North Central Expressway. The four-story facility consists of an ambulatory surgery center on the fourth floor and medical office space on floors one through three. Site design for the project included extensive landscaping and parking for 464 vehicles.
