Just recently, we were contacted by a property management company in Modesto, CA. They were looking for a sign company that could create MDO signs for their properties. These signs needed to capture the attention of everyone who passed by, not just look like any other sign. So, here's what we did.

This client wanted two 48” x 96” MDO signs. They also needed graphics digitally printed on 40c w/ 8509 in colors PMS 300c and PMS 144c. Once installed, you can see how bright and eye-catching this sign is.

Our client, the Phillips Edison & Company, is a real estate investment trust and one of the nation's largest owners and operators of market-leading, grocery-anchored shopping centers. In October 2017, Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT I, Inc completed the acquisition of Phillips Edison Limited Partnerships' real estate assets and asset management business.
