Continuing efforts to provide much needed medical services to the community, the decision to demolish the original structure that was once the Pleasanton Hospital was finalized in order to construct a state-of-the-art healthcare facility for Atascosa County. The 20,252 sq. ft. Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health center will be able to provide much needed medical care and practitioners’ space for the rural community, and also features a new addition to the grounds with a separate 4,156 sq. ft. facility for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Services.
