LS Contracting Group, Inc.

LS Contracting Group (LSCG) was formed in 1999 by Tom Laird and a former business associate to provide full service general contracting, specialty restoration, special project services for property managers, building owners, management companies, developers, local municipalities, private companies and residential home owners. We are a union signatory contractor that maintains City of Chicago masonry and concrete licenses.

LSCG maintains working relationships with architectural and engineering professionals to complete their engineered projects, as well as providing them with hands on inspectional review access and discovery type support.

LSCG staff includes seasoned veterans, skilled craftsmen, and dedicated field supervisors. Our company principals stand behind their work, assuring ultimate responsibility for your project.
