Scope Of Work
The 31-story, 187-unit residential tower offers spectacular views of the nearby Lady Bird Lake. Windsor on the Lake also includes a two-story live/work unit, 1,000 square feet of retail, private garages, and an attached, nine-story parking garage. Design elements from the buildings of Frank Lloyd Wright, including his famous use of repetitive concrete shapes, are featured prominently throughout the project.
