Scope Of Work
Southtown Flats is a 5-story multi-family building located in the heart of San Antonio's Southtown District. The complex contains 229 apartment units, a leasing office, and an art gallery curated by local artists. A 6-story pre-cast garage is included with a rooftop terrace overlooking downtown San Antonio. The roof top terrace contains two outdoor kitchens, a fire pit, and generous seating. The building also contains a gym, a yoga studio, a resident's lounge, and two courtyards. One courtyard contains a resort-style pool plus two outdoor kitchens, and the other courtyard contains a round fire pit, a bocce ball court, a waterfall, two more outdoor kitchens, and a Cantera stone fountain.
