Gray was chosen to convert a two-story, 27,392 s.f. bookstore into a retail space for H&M, a European fashion retailer with stores across the globe. The Gray West Regional office completed six projects for H&M in 2012, totaling 138,000 s.f. of retail space. The team has constructed some 35 H&M stores in recent years.
