Ms. McGuire has over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of construction projects. She is responsible for the negotiation of contracts, attendance at all pre-bid meetings, estimating the cost of materials and manpower, project organization, scheduling, the qualifying, supervising, and managing of subcontractors and personnel resources along with equipment necessary to complete all of construction work. The responsibilities also include preparation of the required permits with the necessary submittal documents and knowledge of building codes and regulations. Ms. McGuire is also responsible for the implementation of the Health and Safety Plan for each project, attendance at regularly scheduled on-site construction progress meetings and project walk through meetings.
As the President, Ms. McGuire has also attended meetings on projects with numerous Architectural and Engineering companies and other building professionals and is well versed in the communication and work effort necessary to facilitate timely resolution of field conflicts ensuring completion of the projects on time and within budget.
The construction work has been for both private and public clients for varied range of project types including Laboratories, Retail Stores, Courtrooms, Classrooms, Restaurants, Restrooms, and Professional Offices.
