Scope Of Work
This estate was a new home constructed from the ground up. Mostly ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) concrete construction with natural elements and exposed wood beams to make the home feel part of the syrrounding landscape. Large windows and bi-folding doors open the living space to bring the outside in. Home includes, a pool house/yoga studio, and a large lap pool and multiple water features.
