Scope Of Work

Frankel Development Company to build the Azure Condominiums, 113 ultra-luxury “boutique” condominiums offered within two, mid-rise buildings on 14 acres of lushly landscaped gardens and tree canopies in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Featuring stunning design, ultra-luxurious amenities and sweeping waterfront views,  Azure’s property extends to the Intracoastal Waterway and wraps around the Loggerhead Marina, a deep-water yacht harbor so Azure residents can dock their yacht in their own backyard. A grand waterside fountain is the center point of Azure’s tropically landscaped waterfront.

Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors enhance natural lighting and capture the yacht harbor vistas and cooling tropical breezes. Residents also have access to a private reserve wine cellar, a club room with HDTV and game tables, a catering kitchen/bar card room as well as a conference room and business center.  Other amenities include two outdoor heated swimming pools, two outdoor spas, landscaped pool terraces with cabanas, a fitness center with computerized, aerobics stations, a spa with massage rooms, sauna, steam room and outdoor grilling areas. A private elevator leads from garage parking and the lobby directly to each residence. Expansive living areas open to oversized waterfront balconies with additional indoor/outdoor living space.

Phase One residences of the $80 million Azure condominium project is scheduled for delivery in the Spring of 2016, offering contemporary floor plans ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 square feet, each with breathtaking panoramic waterfront views and waterfront terraces.  Construction began in February 2015 and is scheduled for completion in May 2016.
