Scope Of Work
JESCO performed the design-build general construction services on a new manufacturing facility for Grammer, Inc. in Shannon, Mississippi. The 120,000 SF project includes site work, asphalt and concrete paving, fire pump and pump house, 6″, 8″, and 12″ thick floor slabs, twenty-five (25) metric ton top running overhead crane, ESFR fire suppression systems, HVAC , bus duct, and lighting systems as well as data cabling and interface. The project also consists of an 18,000 SF, 2-story office/ancillary facility, a state of the art foaming room, and a 6,000 SF covered dock area. This facility will manufacture specialized seating and other components for the automotive industry.
