Scope Of Work

JESCO’s Industrial Services Division has a long standing relationship with Diamond Pet Foods (formerly Ainsworth Pet Nutrition) initially constructing both full service feedmills for Arkat Feeds, and then working repeatedly with the Owner in Feedmill Number 1 and Feedmill Number 2. Diamond Pet Foods produces aquatic feed for bulk truck delivery and bagged pet food.

Feedmill Number 1 has three extrusion lines with a maximum capacity of thirty-five tons per hour feed production for the aquatic and pet food industries. This feedmill houses two independent batching systems and initial grind and regrind hammermills.

Feedmill Number 2 has two production lines, with the capacity to expand up to six lines, to produce primarily aquatic feeds. The JESCO Industrial Services team designed and installed the first Wenger vertical driers in the extruded feed industry for this client. This system is housed in Feedmill Number 2 and can product sixteen to twenty tons per hour / per production line of extruded aquatic feed. This mill also features two independent receiving systems, approximately six thousand tons overhead storage, an eight ton mixer and dual batching system.
