Scope Of Work

Texas Health Frisco consists of an 8-story, 343,000 square foot hospital, a 4-story, 120,000 square foot medical office building, and a 4-story, 600 car parking garage on a 20-acre greenfield site. The 8-story hospital features 132 beds and includes a 24/7 emergency room, diagnostic imaging department, surgical services, women’s services, and a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). The 4-story medical office building houses primary care practices and a multispecialty clinic.
