Scope Of Work
Totaling 180,000 square feet, the six-story Clearfork Office Building features office space situated between the Trinity Trails and Chisholm Trail Parkway in the Edward’s Ranch development. With floor-to-ceiling glass, the building offers views of the Trinity River and the surrounding preserved tree canopy. The structure is made up of high efficiency glass, brick, and Texas limestone. A 170,000-square-foot, precast parking garage for Clearfork tenants and visitors was also completed by Austin Commercial.
