Scope Of Work
Located at the northwest corner of Loop 360 and 2222 in Austin, Texas, the Champion Office Development consists of two, 4-story LEED certified, Class A office buildings and one pre-cast parking garage. The exterior façade of the buildings consist of limestone and glazed curtain wall. Sitework includes extensive rock retaining walls, hardscape and landscape, and two irrigation cisterns.
