$1.4 mil Interior Remodel of Bel Air #1, Sacramento, CA
Refrigeration modifications at Woodland Raley’s
Fixture, Décor and Equipment installation at multiple Raley’s in Nevada
Design-built, new construction; 8 buildings, each of which was approximately 70,000 square feet.
Designed, completed and submitted drawings for the various building departments for each store location:
Completed all permit processes for each store location. Each location consisted of:
Masonry block walls
Panelized roof system
Skylights
Front entrances composed of wood and metal framing with stucco finish and store front glass
Interior finish for each store was completed with acoustic T-bar ceilings, ceramic tile, electrical, flooring, HVAC, painting, pluming, refrigeration and store fixtures
