Scope Of Work
The Ethan Allen project included full site development and a freestanding retail building that utilized a pre-engineered metal frame technology to achieve a clear-span without interior columns for the greatest flexibility of interior design. The prototype design integrated Ethan Allen Corporate, a local architect, Butler Manufacturing, and AUI, and evolved over a two year period. The prototype will be implemented in Metropolitan areas with a population exceeding a million.
