Scope Of Work
| Bid Package #33 included an addition and three school renovations. The addition included the construction of a new cafeteria and kitchen, 10 pre-K and kindergarten classrooms, 3 primary classrooms, and a science classroom. The renovations included re-roofing, new ceilings, new mechanical and plumbing systems, new lighting, new electrical and technology improvements, accessibility improvements, door hardware improvements, new concrete parking areas, new asphalt surfaces, resurfacing and re-striping of existing asphalt surfaces, new chalkboards, and a new basketball court and playground area. |
